Bought as a refurbished item. When it arrived it looked brand new with no discernible marks or scratches, with an apparently genuine plug and charging cable and in manuafacturers packaging. I've had a few days now to use the tablet and it works perfectly. . The only downside, if you can call it that, is that it takes a bit longer than I would like to load up and that I think is down to the manufacturers rather than the company who are selling them as refurbished.

Super rapide delivery: ordered the camera on a Friday before 3pm and it arrived less than 24h later, altought I was not expect it until Monday or Tuesday.
The camera was as described: basically new.
The accompanying lens had a scratch on the body (not on the actual lens) which was not supposed to be there but the seller was very apologetic (mistakes can happen) and kindly issued a partial refund to compensate me for the future loss in the re-sell price.
